    Additional Phone Numbers

Sometimes our coaches need to be able to contact a parent or a swimmer ASAP, so it's imporant that we have as many contact numbers as possible. We've got your primary phone number, but are there any other numbers that we may be able to use to get in touch wiith you or your swimmer? Think about a home phone, a work phone, or even a swimmer's cell phone. List as many as you can think of in the box below. (i.e. John's cell phone - 555-123-4567) *

    More Additional Phone Numbers

OK great! Thanks for providing those.... but seriously... are there ANY other numbers we might be able to use? Coaches will routinely try to contact swimmers or parents that forgot to RSVP, but they can't do it if they can't reach you. So think it over one more time; are there any other contact numbers we could use? (remember the format is Suzie's work - 555-222-3333)
